Lost Core Molding
Typically reserved for military aerospace grade products, our Lost Core molding process called X-Core is very special. By creating a core, over-molding that
core with composite, then melting the core out, we create extremely complex
internal geometry allowing for exact strength and lightweight specifications that
no other molding process.
Our X-Core products range from actions sports to mobility products to
lawn and garden.
