How It Works
Our lost core molding process involves three key steps:
Core Casting
A low-temperature metal core is injected into the mold to form the internal structure of the wheel.
Over Molding
High-performance composite material is injected around the core, creating the outer shell.
Melt Out
The metal core is melted away, leaving behind a hollow, single-piece wheel with exceptional strength and weight reduction.
